This design makes the inner wall of the mold vertical, avoiding the protruding weld lines common in one-piece no seal molds, ensuring a neat appearance of the final product, and reducing post-finishing work and resin waste.
LEVELING AND FASTENING SYSTEM – This resin mold features 2 levels and 4 adjustable feets for real-time level monitoring and adjustment, 2 adjustable pressure bars and 4 clamping blocks to easily secure the wood blank without the need for additional fixing tools. EASY DEMOULDING – Since this large epoxy resin mold is made of HDPE material, which has self-lubricating properties and the resin does not easily adhere to its surface.
